Question by Jonah Hensley : How to get rid of a fear of heights? I don't understand it. They say that if you face your fears they will leave, but I put my self in situations like that all the time with rock climbing or riding rollercoasters or cliff diving but I always get a horrible feeling and it's never left me. So if facing my fears dosent fix it what does?
